Vocera Minute: Call and Do Not Disturb Buttons
Learn how to use the “Call” and “Do Not Disturb” buttons on your Vocera Badge. The “Call” button is located at the top of the face of the badge. Use the “Call” button to start or end a call, or as a non-verbal “Yes” when answering questions from the Vocera Genie. To make a call, press the “Call” button and then say the name or extension you want to call. The “Do Not Disturb” button is located on the top of the badge. Use the “Do Not Disturb” button to signal your unavailability, or to put an active call on hold, or to rejoin the call. You can also use the “Do Not Disturb” button as a non-verbal “No” when answering questions from the Vocera Genie.
